What is Growzy?

Is Growzy safe for my Instagram account?
Growzy connects through Instagram's official API from Meta, so you never share your password. Automations only reply to people who comment, message or reply to your stories, within Instagram's messaging rules.
Can I test an automation before followers see it?
Yes. New accounts start in test mode, where Growzy records which comments and messages match without sending anything. Switch to live when you are happy with the flow.
Which Instagram accounts are supported?
Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Personal accounts can switch to a professional account for free in the Instagram app.
How much does Growzy cost?
There is a free plan with 1 Instagram account and 1,000 automated DMs a month. Pro is $9/month and Business is $29/month, both with unlimited automated DMs. Every plan includes every feature.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign in with Google and start on the Free plan. Upgrade only when you need more accounts, seats or DMs.
Where do the emails and phone numbers go?
They are saved to Contacts in your Growzy workspace, linked to the Instagram user who shared them. Export them as a CSV file at any time.
Can I still reply to people myself?
Yes. Every conversation shows up in the Growzy inbox, and you can reply personally while the conversation is inside Instagram's 24-hour window.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are month to month. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
